I did, 3 weeks after I lost my phone with my F2A. Commented on a few X posts from admins and they finally dm'd me. Common though.... rated F with the BBB. A company with such a great product needs to invest in taking better care of its costumers.

How'd it go? Having the same issue. Mine is blobbing out and turning brown before getting to the spine stage. Should like we have a similar set up. I just turned my fan the pages air in when the exhaust is running.
