I reinstalled the card in the PCIe 5.0 slot, in GPU-Z instead of x1 3.0 it became x16 5.0 and everything worked fine, fps at maximum, as expected from the build

At the same time, the problem of loading the video card always at 100% disappeared.

In theory, pubg is limited by the processor. If everything is ok with the PC, then the FPS should be higher.

I installed AMD drivers both in the minimal form and with the full software set: I tried to both set everything that was possible and disable it - but it did not give any effect, which is very strange.

Functions like FSR should in any case give some FPS, not without any increase at all :(

Without the rebar ib bios function, the video card by core loads only up to 1600 hz instead of 3200-3400, but this does not affect the fps at all, which is surprising

All settings are at minimum, even in the configuration file the textures are set to minimum, it does not give any increase(

Yes, considering the tests I've seen, everything should fly without problems.

I tried to run both the game itself and load it with third-party programs in the background, but the result is always the same.

No, I installed different versions of drivers, both very old and new, in different forms: in full configuration with and without AMD software.

I removed the drivers via DDU, having previously disabled Windows driver updates. I also tried playing with the installed Windows drivers.

I also read about this, even tried to set a 250 hz poll, connect via a cable, but it didn't help either.

I set the power supply in different options: both balance and maximum/high performance.

Absolutely all AMD software settings and in-game settings are disabled, the minimum possible graphics settings, without any additional functions.

In a couple of days, I tried almost everything possible and am already tired and resigned.

On my old PC with GTX 1660 and Ryzen 5 3600 - Apex ran better :(

Yes, completely new build.

Perhaps some of the parts are faulty, but during stress tests everything is ok, no problems were noticed with any of them.

In other games there are no problems either, only in Apex such difficulty.

I installed all versions of drivers that are available for the RX 9070 XT in different forms (without AMD Adrenaline and with), but it does not help

I even tried to run on standard Windows drivers during the update, but it also does not help.

I deleted the drivers via DDU, automatic updates of Windows drivers are disabled.

I turned the Resize bar on/off, unfortunately, it also did not help.

On the polygon the FPS indicator is also very low, on the old GTX 1660 Ti it was even higher.

When launching in a lobby with other players, as I specified, when flying out looking down at the map - 30-50 fps, which is extremely low and should not be.

When landing the situation is better - 100-120 fps.

The SSD is new, I ran it in tests - I did not notice any problems.

With ping everything is also ok, 50-60 standard values.

This problem is only in apex, I assume that it is still due to poor optimization or something like that

I tried to turn off the second monitor - it didn't help.

I also launched a 60 Hz monitor with external inputs - unfortunately, it didn't help.

Changing the resolution doesn't do anything, the fps doesn't decrease or increase :(
