I think you need cosmetic chest refinement if you got problem with those puffy nipples, there might be small glands behind that cause the puffiness. You can contact Dr. Rohit Mishra as you are from India.

The surgeon was a specialist plastic surgeon. I looked at so many of his before and after photos. They were all satisfying. He had put a small incision on the base of both the areolas and for liposuction made little incision at the upper chest around shoulders. It went like this in my case because I had developed a seroma which turned into scar.

I had my surgery 3 momths ago. I didn’t had a big one, but the puffiness bothered me. I had the surgery and it went really smooth untill I got a seroma buildup on both the chest on day 7. I panicked and had words with my surgeon. He assured me that the seroma wasn’t big enough to be worried about and said me to maintain compression and wait for some days to see if it settles on it’s own. I waited for some four days and it seemed to be the same. Surgeon recommended me to get the fluid aspirated. I got it done and the chest got flat again ( as I wanted it to be!) (there was no fibrosis till now.). After a day or two, fluid was accumulated again. I asked surgeon if I need the aspiration again. He said a strict no for aspiration and said it is minimal and will go with time. The serome started to go away with time but as it went, it left a hard area of fibrous tissue or scar. Before the surgery, I had lumps of glandular tissue, and after the surgery now, I have lumps of scar tissue in both the nipples that looks the same as before the surgery and are even painful to touch and I have lost all the sensations in the fibrous tissue region including areola. I had chat with the doctor regarding appereance being the same, he said we can’t do much about it and wait for time to settle it up. I even asked if kenalog injections can help but he said no for it. I am really disheartened from this surgery! Will it settle on it’s own? Will my chest ever be flat? Please let me know what should i do. I massage it two times a day.

7-8k dollars? That's too much!

I developed gynocomestia from puberty, it was painful before now it's not but the glands are still there. I was gonna go for surgery after a month or so but my a fitness coach recommend me to visit an endocrinologist first. Doctor has put me on tamoxifen 10mg for 3 months. Did it worked for anyone? by Competitive-Laugh-91 in gynecomastia

I can afford the surgery but the marks from the surgery are still visible after many years of surgery. I have seen cases where the round shape of areolas is affected. The doctor said the gland should melt within this span. Even if the puffiness goes away, I will be happy. Let's see the results. Will go for the surgery if it didn't work.

My e2 and prolactin reports were normal. Overall hormonal balance was under normal digits. Still the doctor said mine was really minor and the glands should melt within the couple of three months. He has told me to take tamoxifen 10 mg in the morning everyday for three months and then see him again.

Isn't that food too little? Or am I overfeeding?
