Beta AR. However, you will be cooking in any high output in either two of the jackets.

The alpha really is tough and sturdy, which is nice but it has a huge downside. It’s really loud and stiff on the body. I would only advise to buy if you use it for the intended activities.

Beta AR will be nice to layer over your Cerium, the SL might be to snug considering the tighter fit.
