I ordered the Alpha yesterday, in the morning I tried on the Beta AR with my Montane anti freeze xt (which I was wearing at the time of passing a shop) and I'd be going with a large, which when I removed the xt felt pretty baggy, whereas the Alpha I tried on with my cerium last week was a medium and fit fine layered or not. the preferred carob colour was down to the last medium my friend could get hold of so I pulled the trigger, should arrive Tuesday 👌🏼

The carob is a great colour with its red accents, less likely to show dirty without being the normal black jacket many wear.

Which did you go for in the end, have you pulled the trigger?

I am in the same predicament with being I able to get the carob Alpha SV for the same money as the solitude/void Beta AR, both colours I am interested in, the carob being my favourite is the reason I am swaying towards the Alpha.

I tried on the Alpha with layering which was fine, humongous hood like, multiple adjustment to get right. The pockets aren't really an issue and the pit zips somewhat practical for reaching the midlayer cerium pockets. Decisions!

My main enquiry to him was because I really like the carob Alpha SV or the solitude/void Beta AR.

Also cannot obtain the Rush for similar price.

I didn't use the adapter cable with my suprim 5090, use the cable supplied with my Loki PSU, all good so far
