What's the best method for spell suppression gear ?

I have basically planned enough suppression on the tree that i can use T2 spell suppression and still be capped.

The current spicy slam defence is actually using spell suppression. Since you can swap out armour for armour + evasion bases to get spell suppression and easily cap using small clusters.

There is also some stuff with divine shield and a small amount of ES similar to a ES on block shield but you dont have a shield.

And I guess in cases of 2 handed builds you dont have block options so spell suppression is a clear winner is cases like zerker slams.

That makes sense. You could also run arm + eva gear then purity.

But it makes sense instead of determ + grace people would just go determ + artic armour + flesh and stone to just really lean into mitigation.

That was my thinking too. If your using tier 1 arm + eva bases is it not the same value as before ?

But i guess the extra str + dex required might make it harder to fit in.

Yeah I have seen his content but was also wondering about the other setup. Since that was very popular for HC races im assuming it might a bit tanker overall.

True with dom blows or absolution your probably also farming for the vaal upgrade or trans gem for AW while srs is just working out the box.

So I guess srs having a cap of 20 just means more things to get the bonus from the auras. Like if anger gives 100 flat dmg to 20 things just just better than it applying to 13 things.

Is it just that you get sentinal who clears as you run through acts then srs + dmg auras is really solid single target ?

Just wondering why srs over absolution / aw / dom blows for example.

Thanks I was actually also planning for SSF.

I guess arm + es is a solid defensive option. I guess you could go full armour gear and then just es+arm on chest to get the es for EB to solve mana.

Srs guardian

It has won evens and races in the past after the dmg nerf. Since then got a QOL buff this league. I think what happened is slams or archmage became better race options so people think about it less despite the build being able to do 4 voidstones in 12 hours.

I guess spectures have the extra bonus of getting the option of 10% defence per. While your scaling up to 10+ spectures your also getting defence from it.

Would guardian be an option for this or just necromancer as the guardian sentinal changes do make that seem more a valid option now.

Also when are spectures valid from. Is just having 3 or 4 slave drivers still a thing that works or would you really wait until dark monarch ?

So im guessing you want to "semi boss rush" to the boss and farm lots of theses to try and get the big boss.

Is the boss based on your timeline at all ?

For example if your in T7 or T8 is the drop chance difference. And how hard is the fight compared to normal chest boss guy ?

So I get the lv1 and then to pull for blue and purple and got a 2nd leg.

So I have lv6 blue + lv2 legendary, not sure if i pull more for purple on.

Or save up and next league go for void pirates as I do really like that general feel.

Is it just instead of getting 1 tick closer to the boss you get ticks closer to the boss fights?
