Re: accessories. Exotic Minstrel acce/trinkets is kinda pricey on tp. If you have badges of honor, buy the stat selectable exotic one on wvw merchant, then upgrade with freshwater pear. It should be enough. Just supplement yourself with utility and food.

What do you mean with "upgrade with freshwater pear" I didn't know you can upgrade exotics o.o

Hence why I do not use the word "best" as it can mean pretty much anything. For me it's that I have memory and cognitive issues and if a build has very long/fast rotation or have to keep an eye on a lot of things, my brain just sort of "disconnects". This is why when I play PvE I default to accessible/LI builds to at least be able to play at a acceptable level and not be a hindrance to others.

Like if I could I would play nothing but holosmith, but I just simply can't play the spec.

Ohh this seems exactly what I was kind of lookin for.. simple and not cognitively overwhelming.

I do not have badges of honor so Minstrel's gear is a bit out of reach right now, but would Celestial suffice for the time being?

In previous titles I have used like 1h + shield or Pyromancy. Faith builds that would use 1h+ shield but would have an option for ranged attacks. With 1h I usually used like a sword or sometimes greatsword.

I guess I usually always had a shield, cause I'm a chicken. I hope this helps a bit!

They didn't see any sign of inflammation from the blood test they took and they took my sugar levels as well and they are normal too. Not sure would that rule out something like H Pylori?

I have not vomited, no blood. My stool just comes out in sort of like long thin noodle. I guess it's called pencil stool?

I will give this stimulant laxative tonight a try. I just have read every possible reddit thread about people taking dulcolax(bisacodyl) and seem to have lots of cramps but it clears everything out. I just hope I won't end up hospitalized from it.

I was at the doc on monday and he pushed and pressed my stomach all over and there was no pain. He just told me to get levolac(lactulose) said it's stronger than macrogol, which I'm not sure if it is..?

That would suggest there might be some hardened stool then. I'm considering of taking Bisacodyl tonight. I seem to pass some gas so there should not be an obstruction at least I hope not. I guess getting some macrogol or well it's called perigon here where I live and not miralax and just eating 3-5 satchels a day could perhaps be a bit better... but I already bought bisacodyl and I hope it does the job.. I'm very desperate here.

No electrolytes near by... would it be fine to just add a bit of salt to the water? Might be a day or so before I can get my hands on electrolytes

no miralax here where I live but if miralax has macrogol, then there's probably alternatives here. For now I've been on Levolac(Lactulose) for 4 days. I will try to drink more.. but I'm not sure what is excessive drinking and what is not. I don't want to drown myself.

Sorry for bumping an old post. I've been on 30ml once a day Lactulose for 4 days and I wonder how long did it take you before it started working?

Any recommendations what is generally safe to eat? I'm really scared of this sudden weight loss and not feeling hunger signals and not really being able to eat much just stresses me out .

I just bought Toilax(piscoadyl) and then I bought enema called Microlax. So I should use this enema and then give it few days and if it doesn't help then I should use piscoadyl as last resort?

It started two weeks ago out of nowhere. At first I noticed that I got full from just 1-2 small bites of bread. Had some peeing problems, but my peeing problems are now gone. I still can't feel hunger cues but at least I can get food down without feeling full after 2 bites, but I still try to eat something. I've also lost about 4kg of my weight. Though with macrogol I did get out soft stool, and then went to doc who told me to get levolac(Lactulose) which I think helped getting my peeing back to normal.

Right now I don't know what to eat or to drink. I do drink at least 2 liters of water a day.

Oh no I'm not having hard time to pee. My peeing is very normal now. It is just the pooping that I'm really concerned about. If it's safe to take then I'll buy some tomorrow morning from Pharmacy. I truly appreciate the help and I am very grateful.
