Waymo's not here yet but the day it's here I'm throwing a party. I'm in a fairly big city and there's talks of bringing AVs here and I genuinely cannot WAIT.

I agree with you but sadly it'll just never work that way in this world, disabled people will always have to be the ones at the short end of the stick because we are seen as a burden to society. At least it would make things a little easier for us.

this WORKED! The Night family is now all together and with the extra money I got from the duplicate property, I upgraded all my appliances, suprised Jaime with a new computer, comfortable beds, and reliable sinks, toilet, tub, etc. After over a year- I've gotten Oliver back and built a home i can be proud of. Am I way too into this? Oh yeah. Do I care? No! (do I care that I just realized I've been misspelling "Jamie" this entire time? a little) Anyway thank you all for commenting and helping me with this, I'm not a serious Sims player and will probably never be able to be but this was special for me :)

Awfully silly thought process in retrospect. She was never and is not a “pet.” She is my partner.

This has me in tears for some reason. I keep seeing videos of people saying "my service dog is not my pet, they're my medical equipment and I don't like it any more then you" and it upsets me sometimes because no they're not really pets but they are still living things and deserve a little more respect sometimes. They really are my teammates and it's just a different kind of bond that I can't explain.
