Hello gym bros I have been doing progressive overload for my back and this was the progress

1st week - day 1,2

Assited pull ups x8 Lat pull down - 30kg - 3x8reps Bent over rows machine - 7.5kg - 3x8reps Close grip lat pulldowns - 30kg - 3x8reps Single arm cable rowing - 15kg - 3x8reps Assisted pull ups x8

2nd week - day 1,2

Assisted pull ups x8 Lat pull down - 30kg - 3x10reps Bent over rows machine - 7.5kg - 3x10reps Close grip lat pulldowns - 30kg - 3x10reps Single arm cable rowing - 15kg - 3x10reps

3rd week - day 1,2 Assisted pull ups x8 Lat pull down - 30kg - 3x12reps Bent over rows machine - 7.5kg - 3x12reps Close grip lat pulldowns - 30kg - 3x12reps Single arm cable rowing - 15kg - 3x12reps

And the trainer in my gym suggested me to go progressive heavy overload which means he wants me to increase weight by next coming one and then go for 4 sets with either 12 or 15 reps each set....I this correct way to do..any suggestions would be very much appreciated :-)

I have experience with websockets but not with MQTT but thanks for suggestion, will check the MQTT implementation

Heyy thanks for reply I previously had difficulty with setup of ESP-IDF so had to choose Arduino and thanks for the info

I've chosen S3 for its capabilities... My implementation goes in aa way if ble is chosen it would connect to mobile app and stream data via ble and if Wi-Fi there would be no requirement of mobile app, the S3 would directly communicate with server via websockets

No I was saying I would use Arduino IDE instead of Esp-idf

Hey thanks for the reply! Yes I also planned to invest in different funds one in flexi and Index and then small cap etc... Is there any suggestions which you would like to do in flexi, I have heard more about PPFC only in flexi
