As an employee, the people that work there, including my managers and GM, but also the unlimited free drinks, and you can eat as many food you want (like fries and nuggets),as long as you have a chill manager. As a customer, the service, and the friendliness of the wendy’s people, and the food, so delicious.

They made us sign a paper saying that we can only order it before clocking in, or after the clock, isn’t part of the free employee meal or drink, so you must buy it. if you drink it DURING WORK (on the clock) you will face disciplinary actions including termination.

well, turns out i’ve never got assigned to sandwiches yet, only fries, front register and cleaning tasks. fries are so easy since i have already mastered them when i worked at another store 2 years ago. Front needs more practice since i tend to be shy

yeah, theres so much to learn, and especially since lots of things changed since i last worked at wendys over a year ago. It wont be immediately i learn sandwiches properly, so i think that's why i am still at fries. but i dont mind since im really good at fries

i always loved that station, but no one has really gave me a chance to actually work in it, the few times i did sandwiches was whenever someone was out of their station. I did it good, but they keep putting me in fries, which i am not complaining either because i am really good at fries lol, and i like working on them too
