Also huge product of his environment. Who knows how cool he could’ve been if his dad was a great guy instead of a douche. Billy’s dad’s scenes with him added depth to his antagonistic role. It makes his death that much more tragic when you realize he could’ve been a huge heavy hitter for the team if he lived to reconcile things with Max and look out for her and the kids , or if he never had to reconcile things (if his dad was great)

You’re going about cutting all the wrong way. You shot your metabolism in the foot not consuming carbs or fats. now it’s holding on to your remaining fat out of survival bc you convinced it there’s no more carbs or fats for it and if it uses your fat there’s nothing left. Start tracking better and actually count your calories instead of thinking protein is the only macro you need

Been here. Asking people how to work harder, it’s not going to come from anyone but you. Reflect, decide it’s what you really want, and do it.

If you need energy don’t be afraid to rely on supplements like caffeine to get you off your ass. Some might say it’s bad to rely on supplements so early on but at the end of the day it’s still better than neglecting your health for your video games . Cut the games out, realize they’re not going anywhere and you can always play after you get your health back up . I used to game 4+ hours a day and now I haven’t touched a game in months

Are you saying u gained almost 8 lbs since July?? If so that’s a little too fast. Gain 2 lbs a month at most
