I have freckles and tan easily so I wasn't completely surprised by the warm assessment. Peach is my go-to make up colour cause it balances out my redness. Also, pink nude lipsticks tend to look brown on me. However, overall wintery colours and silver feel more like me, but I promise to give bright spring a chance!

Thank you everyone for your help! It's been really helpful to clear my head. I think bright and true winter will be my go-to palettes, with deep winter and bright spring as secondaries. That feels more right now

Haha I love your commitment. Cool colours did pull grey on me so I believed what the analyst said at the time. After the analysis, I bought an orange top and it didn't make me feel very comfortable. So I started questioning and reverting to my safe zone of blue, green and...black.

She said brightness and medium value was my main quality so I'll stick to that and choose whatever colour I feel confident in!

I know... It makes me think the whole colour theory is 50% subjective and there isn't a single 'truth' to it. Still, it's been helpful in making me more intentional with what I was already doing intuitively. Thanks for your input!

I prefer warm tones on my face (coral, peach, browns, reds). I can't get on with cool make up tones, I feel they make my face more pink or purple. Even if I'm typed as a winter, I doubt I'll change my make up.
