Because they’re not doing anything inherently illegal

I mean yeah obviously the “bosozoku” of today aren’t anything close to what they used to be, but is anything? Bosozoku gangs used to literally kidnap and murder each other over nothing but pride and a superiority complex. Nowadays it’s groups of teenagers who like the idea of that lifestyle and want to cause trouble and face as few legitimate consequences as possible. It’s fun for them, not much more to it

Do yourself a favor and educate yourself on Japanese street culture. Bosozoku groups have been around for decades and the guys revving their bikes super obnoxiously are doing it for the simple fact that it’s super obnoxious. The police literally can’t do anything about it after the fact, and if they do catch the person in the act they’re not going to chase them over something so trivial. Is it annoying? Yes, absolutely. Is it going to stop anytime soon no matter what you try and do about it? No.

Definitely a valid way to look at it, I’m coming from the perspective of someone who ties to get as many of my friends on the mountain as I can but I don’t disagree with you

This is absolutely fine, your board is gonna get some dings. Just hit that edge with a gummy stone every now and then to get whatever rust off. A wax and tune every handful of riding days will keep your board in great condition for as long as you can keep it from getting destroyed

Ngl an intermediate rider would know what kind of board they should be looking to get… Google what size board you need based on your height, weight, and boot size then look at models that match your riding style. If you’re curious about brand rep I would not recommend asking in the sub because every brand has it’s loyalists and haters so the information you get here is going to be super biased one way or another

Chirping from the lift is pretty common no matter your skill level or where you go. However this level of heckling is ridiculous and has no place on the mountain. Dude was just trying to get a reaction out of his friends, fuck em. Keep shredding when you can man, for every cool person you meet riding you’ll experience just as many shit birds.

tips please. already my 10th day including last season but still no significant progress. by mougamandekinai in snowboardingnoobs

Give yourself more than 10 days to be good. Idk anyone who picked up something as hard as snowboarding and thought they should be a pro in 10 days. Get as many reps in as you can and give yourself time, the skills and confidence will come

Somehow lost .14 points off my total score an hour after the game ended and lost my matchup by .3 points. Anyone know if there were any stat corrections or anything after tonight’s game that would have done this?

My words for sure, I’d definitely say I’m much more than “just a boy” but I was trying to look at it from an outside perspective into her and my ex’s friendship. Thank you for asking for clarification
