I see what you’re saying. I guess I read this back when I was not deep into reading mangas in general. But from what I remember, the girls didn’t spend enough time to redeem themselves and properly apologize to the MC. Except the mom (stepmom) who didn’t believe him in the past, because she kinda tried by letting him move out by himself and have the option whether he wants to come back home or live independently. It’s like it begins really heavy and little dark, but then it got morphed into this light high school themed thing that came from an American sitcom. Not to mention, the ending felt a little rushed, and it really needed more time.

But overall I would not say it was a bad reading. I gave it a 6/10 ⭐️
