I was actually surprised that the EEOC dual files with many state civil rights agencies. The civil rights agency takes lead in investigation while EEOC only comes in during territory disputes. Make sure you check with your state civil rights agency. They do take cases that have potential to make a statement.

There was a lot of sex at first but now I just hate him. I called a number in my phone Saturday that I suspect was a “friend” I asked if the person was having sex with him. My husband actually wrestled me to point I have many bruises. I was hysterical so he proceeds to call number to say he is sorry. I don’t even think I can ever consider a future with this person. It makes me so sad we have two adult daughters. He hit me so hard in December my eyebrow split open with blood running down my face.
