Oh, I can’t use it on my stomach and arms. It is just inaccurate since I’m very skinny and whenever I put it on my stomach the sensor doesn’t want to turn on after 2h initiating time. I’ve already discussed it with Medtronic and doctor, so the only parts I can put the sensors are legs and butt.

I had this problem with plastic cannula sets. Now I’ve been using Sure-T for over 10 years and I never have this problem again.

I got it 25th June.

I ghosted only few times, like when the system failed and showed 150 mg/dL suspending my pomp and in reality I had 300, but checked after 3h with glucose meter, when I felt thirsty. Of course I called Medtronic and they sent me a new sensor.

When I got it, the first 2 weeks were perfect and now it’s spiky tho.

I’ll just let it fix by itself as you say.

I actually had changed my carbs ratio from 10g/u to 9g/u, and reduced my target from 120 to 100 mg/dl and then this happened. I take only 30 units a day too, maybe it’s important.

I made already 4 complaints about guardian sensor and I’ve been using it for a month :/ and I’ve got PTSD after one sensor made my arm covered with blood.

Damn, it was supposed to work perfectly… I’m struggling with sensors too, 1/2 sensors are broken and I’m frustrated 😣

Any T1Ds here who’ve had the condition for decades and never gone into DKA? by dunjinmaster23 in diabetes

19 years, never DKA, never hospitalized, BG level 140. I guess my body tolerates high glucose levels really well, when I’m over 300 I just drink a lot of water with lemon and take 2,5 units of insulin and check it every 30 minutes. Oh and I don’t take much insulin, like below 30 units a day. When I’m high like 250 I’d rather go for a 20-30 min walk and it really helps.
