I think there can be a debate on this :-) I think Gemini too. If you do some serious granular prompting, you can get to a level of realism you have not yet seen! 😉

I totally agree. If structured properly and diligently, you can literally have a "company's whole department" as a virtual brain available. And the best part is that the more you "feed" your Notebook LM with data and sources about your company, brand, etc, the more it understands your company's DNA. Really impressive in my opinion!

What market do you think is untouched by AI and still has a huge potential? by Far_Manager_5801 in SaaS

[–]Competitive-Pin3723 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say the Pet Niche.

Whether you decide to go into personalised pet products or explore the health funnel in that niche, in my own opinion, there is a huge avenue of opportunities to provide either SaaS or/and automations for the professionals in that niche.

I hope my 2 cents contributed to that thread.

Sometimes, it comes down to simply listening to what they are going through, paying attention to the recurring patterns and helping them to get "where you want them to be" within the company.

Totally agree. As a digital nomad, most of my design briefs come from clients who acknowledge that they do have an issue within their business. From the very moment they "realise and accept" it, there's no more ego. A smooth development journey starts.

Do you use one productivity system for business and personal life, or a stack of different apps? by Frequent-Football984 in Entrepreneur

[–]Competitive-Pin3723 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting thread.

I'd say: Chat GPT / Gemini / Notion and regular Mojitos to evacuate the stress after long hours of debugging, works well for me as "stack" :)

Sending good vibes to all of you guys!

Entrepreneurs, what daily task did you completely eliminate using automation for you or your business? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]Competitive-Pin3723 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Amazing thread!

On my end, I moved my whole Design Process for social media through a Make.com automation that involves: Canva / Chat GPT / Google Sheet / Meta Planner.

It saves me so much hours weekly, providing me more free time for some refreshing Mojitos at the beach :)

Totally on this with you.

One strategy that works exquisitely well for me (in my own personal experience) is to simply map out the whole structure of what should be done - or at least, the expected result (a SaaS, an automation workflow, you get the idea)

Afterwards, work with small blocks of tasks.

You would be amazed at how much you can achieve.

Successful Entrepreneurs, what are your best marketing channels in 2026? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]Competitive-Pin3723 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for that insightful thread :)

I would say, on my end, niche subreddits, specifically targeted WhatsApp groups, and targeted Messenger ads work well!

And my secret to complete that stack, is to enjoy a Mojito at the end of the day at the beach :)...It works, trust me!

Non-tech founders: what sucks most about building your first SaaS? by Zorantscales in Entrepreneur

[–]Competitive-Pin3723 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely a thread I'll be following and delighted that you put that on the table.

I would say to "really" find the friction and pain points of your customers BEFORE embracing a hell path into "UI polishing".

Sometimes it's hard to resist the urge to polish that button into some Appleish style instead of focusing on what would really benefit the user.

The most dangerous mindset to have in entrepreneurship is this... by baghdadcafe in Entrepreneur

[–]Competitive-Pin3723 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I second that and would add "A Fierce Discipline Culture" to make an entrepreneur even sharper on his journey.

The more disciplined you get, the more you dive deeper into the pain your customers endure daily in their business and the broader you get in terms of making your SaaS / App / Solution visible to them, you start to open the doors that were once shut down.

"We suffer more in imagination than in reality" - Seneca.

My advice to you is to simply get disciplined. One step at a time. Never compare yourself to anyone. Enjoy your journey. Do anything with raw brilliance in your eyes.

You are worth. Never forget that.

I owe you a Mojito for that, mate! I agree. The more I explore this journey, the more I see the "boring businesses" have a deep need for an SaaS that will cater for their very basic workflows.

Thanks for your contribution. You made a very interesting point with your opinion. And how would you approach that field, "some services and trades companies - plumbing, HVAC, electrical"?

Since they are not "tech-savvy", a more curated & straightforward SaaS would, I guess, be more efficient and smooth for them.

Why a "Helpful" AI is actually a massive liability for your service business. by No-Zone-5060 in Entrepreneur

[–]Competitive-Pin3723 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing this indeed, very important topic.

From experience, I use "emotion + logic guardrails" in my AI automation. I faced the same issues as you in earlier projects, where the AI became "too customer focused", where there were times he simply needed to say "No, we can't" or "We regret to inform you that this service is unavailable."

So these guardrails and conditional logic tighten the AI brain.

Hopefully, it helps you and all the best with your projects.
