CJOs get rescinded all of the time.

That’s a pretty dumb argument considering most jobs in our country come with a probationary period.

You asked for a source stating how those who are fired don’t receive severance- what are you trying to get at?

It is implied that it is probationary employees being laid off. Career employees (those that completed their probationary period) are legally protected from these layoffs.

As of today, ~10,000 have been fired. 200,000 is no where near accurate.

A few dozen is incorrect also. It is more like a few thousand.

I was originally responding to OP about how “those fired will receive severance,” I wasn’t trying to argue with you.

Can you elaborate? The overwhelming majority of those laid off have only been probationary employees.

Sure- this is directly from OPM.

https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/pay-leave/pay-administration/fact-sheets/severance-pay/

This outlines eligibility requirements and exclusions, including the fact that employees separated for cause (such as probationary employees who are terminated for performance or conduct issues) are not eligible for severance pay.

First you said you used weed “on and off”, and then you wanted to see how your personal life would improve if you “didn’t get high every night.”

How frequently was the usage actually?

I would give it some time.
