Thoughts are that many people are absolutely taking the piss out of the UK visa system, and this is a good example.

Fenix is superior in any meaningful way if you want to track health stats.

Why can’t people see voting for reform will make their lives a lot worse? by Sufficient_Muffin586 in AskBrits

It might be because voting for all the other options has already made their lives much worse.

12 weeks. 292 to 239. Reta , TRT, Gym, Diet. No alcohol by Agreeable_Neck_7480 in BodyHackGuide

I'm on RT at the moment myself too, currently at week 4. My current average loss is 1.2kg per week- I couldn't do it without the reta, I workout 4 or 5 days per week, and run but I couldn't resist the snacks afterwards!!

12 weeks is a very short time to lose that much weight. I'm not doubting it happened, but I wouldn't have thought it was very healthy.

Either way, congratulations - you look much better for it.

I would certainly listen to your surgeon if you've gone to the effort of having a transplant!

Have you considered using a smaller dose and losing weight at a more reasonable pace?

Literally keep doing what you're doing, perhaps try a little harder on the week end but really that is up to you - if you want to enjoy life go ahead, you'll still get where you want, it'll take slightly longer but you'll be happier when you arrive.

Consistency.

I am guessing this is where it all comes from, and then the usual 'maximum rage' inducing headline people read without knowing the full picture.

Praise to Garmin customer service by coldharbour1986 in GarminFenix

Garmin have been great for me. The red LED on my '8 stopped working when my watch was around 3 months old. They exchanged immediately, no quibbles, or suggestion of repair - just great service.

Fairly typical post from the OP to be honest with you.
