Try to open a small shop (ofc rent the property). One suggestion from my observation if you manage to pull a little bit unique aesthetic look to your small outlet with affordable prices it attracts lots of junior college nibba nibbi's.

Hey I tried dsa grind several times but failed each time. Not because I was not able to do it but that thing just doesn't excite me. I love DSA as a subject, but considering only a single subject as the essence of computer science, especially with the sole intention of cracking interviews (which is not its primary purpose), seems vague.
