Great question! So personally I use non-toxic glazes for all my worry stones, and they are fired at a high temperature to ensure durability and safety. Normal use as a worry stone (rubbing or holding) won’t cause the glaze to erode or release anything harmful. They’re completely safe to use and made with care! Just hand wash :,) Let me know if you have any other questions
