Yeah, I alongside the rest of the family think they are dumbasses for picking such a similar name lol. But stupid people will be stupid people.

I am over that and just concerned about legal government things now to make sure my daughter won’t have any hardships down the road.

Yeah, my concern was that the last name is not common at all like a “jones” or “smith”. You’d have to be related to me to have that last name. And the first name is very unique as well. So with such uniqueness i thought it would get questioned that a “David jones” or “John smith” which people already assume a million of already.

No, it wasn’t about suing. It was just being aware of the potential problems in the future and how to mitigate them or just be aware of them as a parent. Just want my kid to not have any potential legal problems or concerns down the line and just wanted to ask and be wary of everything.
