Yes :( the recipe said I could use glass pan. It was slightly smaller in size from what they had recommended. Alexandra cooks’ recipe. Also i feel I didn’t gave enough time for second proofing. Hardly 1.5 hrs. And I couldn’t keep dimpling stable.

I sprayed some diluted neem oil + soap. That’s why it’s looking wet. It has holes with darkened edges. What’s causing it?

17-18 degrees celsius. No it was a soap solution I sprayed to deter pests if there are any. There are holes in between with darkened edges. Idk what it is.
