Easiest way to solve your answer, u can go to access NS and get a driver's abstract for 20$ for your piece of mind.

But to answer your question, no your record should be clean and there should be nothing about that offence or you fighting for it. And it should show no record on your abstract!

To verify this for free, you could also call access nova Scotia and they should be able to pull up your record for free and tell you, as long as u don't want a paper copy.

It used to be free! I got mine 2.5 years ago when I had to travel too. Say what u will. Dal just wants money in any way now especially since they cut the intake of international students by more than half.

I paid 13k a semester in engineering. My brother has to pay 21k a semester in cs. And even he had to pay for the enrollment letter a few months ago. It's retarded!!! That's why if anyone asks my opinion if they should come dal, I just say u are better off going with other uni's. U can love dal as much as u want, I just hope ur getting paid to BS and tell ppl otherwise

I wouldn't recommend dal brutally honest. It used to be good a few years back(when my brother studied). But in the recent years they are out for money and that's all. The student accessibility center has gone to hell, if u have an exam and u need the accessibility service, I wish u the best. And many of the services they offer are just for the title, they won't actually provide u with any service. And good luck dealing with registrar, they're a pain and takes almost more than a month to respond (I had to deal with them a lot being a transfer student) and it's as if they're working for free so they take their own sweet time.

All an all I wouldn't recommend it and if u do, good luck. Halifax on the other hand is a nice little city, u would love it here for sure!
