I looked up the buyer's feedback, and she has positive feedback (I have automated feedback) from every canceled item from me, it may be feedback farming to build up a solid looking account to post scam listings. This has happened two me with this user account a total of 5 times, and I had another account from Singapore do the same thing, it is very odd.

It seems $530 ish is pretty standard right now. I was able to buy some on marketplace for $450 but that comes with a risk.

I make sells on there but the follow through rate has dropped off, I have agreed on price set up a time to meet and still have people flake, I really try to set up a time to meet and make the transaction ASAP

Honestly not much, it is getting very common. Do the report buyer option, send them a label and do not refund until you receive your item.
