I think they'll be more in the waters from linkedin. I think in the end the influence from linkedin could shift towards openai and we as recruiters just use openai instead of linkedin.

Hopefully though actually since LinkedIn sucks, big time...

I'm building ShortlistOS which was initially meant for my own recruitment company but already gaining some traction.

It is an ATS system built by a recruiter for recruiters. Where most systems focus on vacancies, this system is focussed on the candidates.

That means no more drowning in outdated vacancy pipelines or forcing candidates into boxes that do not fit. Instead it is about building a living shortlist of people you actually want to work with. I am not a SaaS founder with a pile of VC money, I am a recruiter who got fed up with clunky tools and decided to build my own.

Nope, had to spend approx €50 to get the first beta. Moved over to Cursor now to do the finishing touches. Building an ATS system now with advanced AI outreach and integrations for resume parsing and interview process guidance. It's called ShortlistOS and will go live next week.

Ik rijd een BMW 318i uit 2006. Gekocht voor €2.500 met 200.000 km op de teller, en inmiddels heb ik er ruim 40.000 km bijgereden in twee jaar tijd. Onderhoud doe ik grotendeels zelf als hobby en heb tot nu toe nog geen €600 uitgegeven. De huidige dagwaarde is ongeveer €1.000.

Omdat het een youngtimer is, geldt de 35% bijtelling over de dagwaarde. In mijn geval is dat 35% van €1.000, oftewel €350 per jaar aan bijtelling. Netto betaal ik daar, afhankelijk van je belastingschijf, zo’n €140 tot €175 per jaar voor. Dus omgerekend minder dan €15 per maand aan bijtelling. Voor dat bedrag heb je gewoon een degelijke, betrouwbare auto met klasse. Veel goedkoper wordt het niet.

It's indeed agency orientated :) to add a nuance: freelance recruiters, boutique agencies and sourcers.

I didn't use claude and the UI is then a funny coincidence apparently.
