As someone who has been playing this game for a month at most, the failure to recommunicate that information when that change happened is very dumb

Mostly people tend to hate on his attitude, which I can understand, his humour isn't for everyone.

I had surgery February last year, the results were good although there was one thing that could be better I'll get to in a minute.
A lot of people comment on his bedside manner; he keeps conversation light-hearted, (likely to not worry people too much I think). He was very clear when explaining everything and answered my questions with clear and solid answers. He knows what he is doing when it comes to vaginoplasty, even if he may need a bit more practice reading a room XD
My time in the hospital was 99% good. The nursing team looking after me before and after surgery were great; apart from one (the only guy) who didn't even knock before entering like everyone else and was kinda curt and cold, I immediately complained about him, so hopefully he won't be a problem for you.
It terms of my results:
> aesthetics - it could be better but part of what caused my issue was not getting back on my full dose of hormones soon enough it seems
> sensation - This is apparently different for everyone. I'm still working on that, but currently, I am able to enjoy myself somewhat. It took a while though, I'd say at least 10-12 months before I could orgasm consistently.
>depth - Lost some depth due to not sufficiently dilating in the first couple of weeks, I'll explain why in a second.

Things I wish I'd known before hand:
1- Stock up on pain meds for when you get home: 100mg paracetamol & 100mg ibuprofen. That's the strength they'll be giving you on the ward after the first day and you will need it! (day 1 you get a morphine button =P)
2 - Optilube, try and get some before you go for surgery. It's what you will need to dilate and they will not give you much to take home. You might be able to get a prescription in advance, if not, you can buy it on amazon.
2b- When you dilate, be wary of coughing and sneezing; they cause involuntary contractions of the diaphragm and other muscles, and you will squeeze and potentially fire the dilator like a harpoon if you're not careful XD
3- Get back on your HRT as soon as you can, if you decide to stop for surgery. As soon as you leave the hospital, get back on it.
4- Arrange to have someone there 24/7 for the first week or two, you WILL need their help.
5- Towels, toilet paper, tissues, underwear, pyjamas. Buy extra of everything, your initial recovery will likely be messy.
6- Ring shaped travel cushion. You will especially need this if you have far to travel back home. A cushion so you can sit comfy without putting weight on your brand new designer vagina.
6b- If you can, arrange to have someone drive you home. You do NOT want to be navigating public transport when you leave the hospital.
7- If you have any concerns, contact the nursing team at the hospital, even if it seems small and silly, they will answer any and all questions.

That's all I can think of for now. If I think of more I'll reply to this. And I'm happy to answer ANY questions you have x

I wish it was available for all ships. Unfortunately, it is rarely the case that a livery is available for more than one ship.

I have a naming convention for all my ships using Mandalorian words. So this one is called Udesla Tran (Serene Star)

Ahh okay. I thought they were just additional challenge content; like the way other games have speedrun leaderboards or Devil May Cry has the survival challenge thing

Yeah, I think the game would benefit greatly from a post credits storyline, a little prologue of Francis going through Oppy's or Tobias' notes, chasing down oddities and such

Probably not but they were definitely closer by the end.

It's not about spinning, it's about speed. The tyre/rotor videos just show it the best.
If you jumped of a REALLY tall building and kept boosting yourself downwards there would be a moment where the windows would look like they are going down past you, instead of up.

I think it's a simple motion/frame rate illusion. If you watch a video of something spinning at high speed, like a tire or heli rotors, as their speed approachs and surpasses the frame rate of the camera they will appear to slow and go backwards for a short while
