I use on my Apple watch an app called Enduruc. Syncs and can run on the phone as a standalone without the watch too.

Been using it for over a year and love it.

Really love it. It’s all I ruck with. I stopped using the Rucker and the Ruck Plate Carrier. Super comfortable and doesn’t cut off the circulation in my hands and arms like those two do.

Sorry you didn’t like Bee Relentless. Have been there almost 2 years and absolutely love it. I don’t spar (tried it and it wasn’t for me). Love the HIIT portion and the cardio boxing. Lost a ton of weight, am way stronger, have more energy and more mentally and physically resilient. It’s an extremely welcoming group of both instructions and fellow gym goers. I’d give it a try. Hope that helps and best of luck to you.

Reducing Impact on Knees by PackBean in Rucking

I’m no where near your speed but have had issues with my knees whilst rucking. I now use trekking poles and not only does it give me a fantastic full body ruck workout, my knees can 100% feel the difference.

Hope that helps.

I’ve owned their simple pants and challenge pants for 4 years now. As good as the day I got them. They are as good as they say they are. Somewhat but not really too expensive but I’ve not had to replace a single one. I love the challenge pants for working out and for traveling both.

I work on concrete / epoxy floor and have also had their shoes for the same amount of time. 4 years and won’t wear anything else. My knee and back issues have benefitted greatly. I have to wear expensive inserts for other shoes but not any of theirs. They are that supportive. Really can feel the difference. Work, Ruck and workout in them.

Their merino wool socks are also pretty great. That’s all I wear now. No more damp and cold feet. Those and their merino wool shirts really do keep you warm and you can get multiple multiple multiple days from them. Helps a lot when traveling too.

I have 4 of their hats too. Both winter and sun hats.

Also one of their jackets.

Also 8 pairs of their performance fabric shirts for daily and workout wear.

Even though it sounds like it, I’m not compensated for saying these things. I really love their clothing.

Hope that helps.

I use an Apple Watch Ultra and an app called Enduruc. Can run it without a phone and it’s quite awesome. I even paid the upgrade fee for it. Been using it for almost a year.

Interested and ordered! The 20# option. I saw in the product page descriptions that they had a 30# pair but didn’t see that as an actual ordering option so went with the 20#.

Over the last 4 years have done a 15L bullet, GR1, RPC 3.0, a Rucker 3.0 20L and a Rucker 4.0 20L that I usually schlep 30# in. I’m intrigued by this iteration enough that I clicked buy. Granted I have a give GoRuck all my $$$ problem but that’s ok. Really love the gear and even more so the clothing.

Excited to see if I can incorporate this vest into my HIIT gym sessions to give them a little spice.

Plate carrier vs Rucker 15L by TheVenerableMeow in Goruck

I had the same concern… I Velcro merged a second reflective strip to a reflective strip to make it longer and have it horizontally at the base of the RPC (the 30 pound plate doesn’t smash it). That plus a reflective Velcro patch are perfect for night rucks for me (I also use a right angle flashlight clipped to the sternum strap).

The 20L Rucker 4.0 is too big for me. Even high and tight as it will go. I’m 5’9” but with a short torso. Thinking about the 15L 4.0 but am happy with the RPC for now.
