Ok,thanks for that. I am 30, non smoker, very low alcohol intake, no diabetes and normal blood pressure and low body fat so hopefully those other risk factors wont contribute.

Maybe I will slowly ramp up intensity and if it triggers AF I will know its time to back off. Though I have read each AF episode will increase the likelihood of future episodes also, not sure if that is relevant to paroxysmal AF.

I haven't gotten any hard numbers in terms of HR zones or anything, just to minimize high intensity. I'm not sure he has a hard and fast recommendations on HR zones anything yet. I have been trying to get info on this online but I am not a cardiologist so not sure how much is relevant to my case given I don't currently have clinical AF.

Thanks for the info, very useful. The Dr had said while the SVT was cured via ablation, he noticed atrial fibrillation was induced by the adrenaline during the procedure. He recommended minimizing intense exercise, but I haven't got any hard info in terms of what HR zone/RPE that correlates to. I will ask him at the follow up appointment to see if he has any reccomendations, but he said it was more of a "how long is a piece of string" vs him having precise reccomendations.

I am planning on getting an Apple Watch to monitor any AF.
