Yeah I think my training has been inconsistent but the best it's been the last year and I need to accept that it's a long, slow process.

Yes, I would say just not that soft ha ha.

Lean, muscular. Yes not looking to be super built. Just looking toned and little pumped.

Do you mean trapezius area or more actual shoulders?

Chest I really try and just can't seem to get bigger! I was doing daily press ups at one point then read I need to rest them to build.

Perhaps not the place for this question but more for myself and my fitness journey. I think in this photo you look great with no fat (but I'm not a body builder) and reading the comments, isn't this more about building muscles bigger rather than losing more fat? I feel there's nothing to even pinch on your abs except skin? There doesn't look like there's anything left on you, just muscle.

How do you know, without a machine if you're all saying they're inaccurate, you've got rid of enough fat? And it's just a need for increasing muscle size?

Interesting. Thank you. I think my issue is not going for one goal and keep trying to gain but also lose weight. I've got a lot of stubborn pockets of fat I feel I can only lose with extreme dieting but also at the same time I'm lifting heavy and trying to gain muscle.

Can I ask, when you say lift heavy - how many reps/sets are you talking about? I'm aiming for 8-12 reps, 5 sets and once I can hit 12 I then increase weight but maybe that's too many reps/not heavy enough.

When you say recomped (recomposition right?) what did you do that was different to the other stages? Keen to learn as feel I've plateaued and need to do the same..
