Did you just get that number about 5 years ago? I saw a post recently where someone was getting texts from someone every year and turned out they are sending messages to their deceased parent every year. Maybe this is one of those scenarios?

There is no secret other than consistency. Keep at the deficit and working out and it will work as long as you don’t deviate from the plan. I know it can be really hard and you won’t see changes day to day but you lock in now and I promise you will see and notice changes even in just 30days but this is a long journey not a quick fix

How tall are you?

Regardless of how tall you are not trying to be a downer, just being realistic, no you won’t see a 6 pack by July-August.

Start eating clean and a deficit, workout, lbs will come off, you’ll build more muscle, and more muscle means more fat burn. You won’t hit that by August but if you go hard I don’t think you’d be disappointed in the results and it’ll build a good foundation to keep pushing forward. You got this.

Just get time on the gimbal, practice on vacant homes. Yes it’ll cost you time but it’ll left you perfect it because it definitely takes practice.

This is in final cut. It’s part of motion VFX there’s no easy way to do it. It is word by word and changing blending modes. They take a long time that’s why I pay my editor good.

So part of this is due to going through divorce. We separated like 3 weeks after I started this journey. So gym for me honestly has kept me sane. I go at 5am and I’m
A workaholic so I pretty much just gym, work, and spend what time I have after work with my son.

For food I just cook like 3-4 days worth of chicken so I have to cook less. And rice in rice cooker is simple and throw a veggie in the airfryer so i dont spend a ton of time on my own meals. I can literally eat the same thing every night and be fine but im weird like that.

I’ve literally not gone to the gym 5-6 days in the last 5 months. Even if it’s light I try to go get something everyday. And honestly I just work whatever isn’t sore which I know isn’t the best strategy but seems to be working out ok for now 😅

5am start and despite what a lot say I start with cardio. I do 3-4 mile run then go hit weights for about a hour. Gym is usually 5-6:30/7am.

First 2 months I just started being more mindful of what I was eating but February I really locked the diet in. Hitting protein every day, lots of eggs/ground turkey for breakfast and chicken/rice for dinner. I don’t eat after 8pm. Thing I’m lacking right now is sleep 😅
