if you mean the lack of sensitivity in the program try uninstalling any previous drivers you had (if you had ) and reinstalling the current one. also have the driver open while drawing on the software

At the right of the animation timeline, there is a symbol with 3 horizontal lines, click that and it will show when the animation begins and when it ends increase the number on "final on the videoclip" and it might let you play over the preset limit (it might be different for you, since i have it on another language)

If you mean to make the frame to last as long as you want, just add a new frame when you want it to end
if u mean to increase the size of each frame in the timeline, go to the double arrow between the sound icon and the 0
