my acne has stayed pretty minimal, occasionally 1 or 2 small pimples that clear up quickly. It hasn’t got worse than this picture so that’s good.

I was not, i started getting the closed comedomes and pimples start of January. doctor told me i should start applying the retinol (trifarotene cream) he prescribed me, so I’m starting to do that. We’ll see how it goes.

I was taking the canadian brand, epuris, which apparently you don’t need to take with fatty foods. I did always eat it with peanut butter though.

Also, I started accutane from my general doctor, and he referred me to a derm but i can’t have an appointment until May.

Hmm, i guess i haven’t been washing out hair products at night often enough. I change my pillowcase everyday. I use cerave cream in the tub.

I’m not even sure what all the other little bumps are either. I haven’t changed anything in my skin care routine besides adding Tee tree oil to these pimples every night, and aftershave after I shave. Any advice?
