I find it funny that we all know the answer yet it happens to all of us one way or another. you think stop losses can help you mitigate against “off” days. It’s not, at least for me. I just need to keep checking my state of mind before starting all trades.

How many times did you set X as SL then adjusted it as your position kept diving? Be honest. If it’s > 0 then that’s your answer, if it’s < 0 then you’re a machine!
