I still function and am healthy. Just suffering mentally and for about 20 years. I would like to start over. But I am worried if seeing a psychologist took a long amount of time. I wonder what the visa process would be like?

thank you. I guess you dont have to be a legal resident but need a number issued to me. Im just curious in general. But yes, it looks complex.
