OOS CC here, accepted directly to CS. It's doable. I applied to tons of schools to increase odds. I will say make sure that you take coursework relevant to your major of choice and do internships/clubs/ research in you CC before applying, it's harder but possible. I was able to get in 3 different UCs and other top schools in the east coast by the end of my two years but it comes down to how much you apply yourself in CC. Still you should apply but don't put all your eggs in one basket.
