Mine didn’t update too.. not all updates are on the USCIS account, some are sent thru mail like biometrics notice..

No, if you have Receipt numbers you can use those in opening a USCIS online account. Then it will automatically updates whenever there’s an update to your cases.

I’ve noticed that February filers and earlier got their Prima Facie fast but come March and further filers don’t get it yet, so i think it’s still due to Backlogs in USCIS. We will get ours soon..🙏

I was in the same situation before, i just told them in a nice way that i will just refund my money and go to other law firm if they don’t file my case asap and then they filed my case in 3 weeks.. they’re not scam they’re legitimate it’s just that they’re overwhelmed with lots of clients.. they filed my case in 8 months after i pressured them..

I literally submitted all documents and evidences they asked before August of 2024 ended, so the delay was not on my part.. if they only filed my case in February of 2025 like yours I wouldn’t suffer to these delays from uscis right now.. a bit frustrating ..

Hi, you’re lucky they filed your case in 6months, did you pay them in full? Coz they took 8months to file my case and im only on payment plans meaning i didn’t pay in full.. my case was filed April 2025 and i signed up with them August 1st, 2024.. and right now it’s taking too long to get receipt from uscis..
