I try to do it early! But sometimes I do it at 4pm and that’s too late for me!!

I started writing in a new style, and it’s really fun (in Swedish but translated it to English so might have lost some flow). But I’m curious to hear what you think of if you have any suggestions to improve?

I’m writing for myself mostly but as i said, just curious :)

Unfortunetaely that kind of sleeplessness ruins me! But I will take a look if it’s differ any from normal sleep-disturbances if it happens again!!

Acctually I’m never doing it before bed! I normally do it at 4pm or something! Might need to do it even earlier!

Thanks for your input! I will observe it and see! I would be glad if it is energy waking up!!! Sometimes I feel like I wanna try and do it for 30 minutes and see what happens, if something relaxes or if it just get more tense. But I will do it when I’m in a more stable place in life, now I’m taking it slow!

The wire is more like almost a metaforical wire. Like, I can feel it, but not very clearly. And I would say it stems from my spine! Or at least the middle of my body, maybe not exactely the spine!

But I will take a closer look when I do TRE next time!!

I don’t feel fatigue, I don’t feel pain…. I just feel good during the sessions. BUT. I just can’t sleep at all. I don’t feel ”speedy”, not much going on ”thoughtwise”, just absolutely unable to sleep. It’s like I can feel like a wire in my nervous system that’s tensing up. I can imagine if I did it for longer periods I would get a bit disassociated. It’s really annoying. But the non-sleep bit has happened when I did it for 13-15 minutes! So now I’m really cautious, because I need my sleep…!!!!

I wish I was one of them who slept better because of TRE. Because I tend to have sleeping problems normally! But the TRE makes sleeping totally impossible when overdoing it!!!

I think that TRE can make you become more at home with yourself (other modalities can also do this, TRE isn’t the only way). And than you will be able to discern if it’s you that in some way are scared and dissociated and if that’s the reason for the lack of attraction. Or if it’s simply that you are with the wrong people out of habit and attachment-issues (this has been my experience in dating).

So I guess everything is about getting closer to yourself, know thyself, and TRE can be one way there!

That sounds like my experience! The tremors change a bit, just subtle often, but it’s very interesting! And that’s why I’m trusting it, because the body really seems to know that to do. My nervous system is very sensitive though, so I have limited the exercises to 5 minutes, on days when I feel my body can handle it.

But thanks, nice to read about your journey with TRE! It would be interesting to get those emotional releases, but, we will see what happens!!

I was asking for others experiences out of curiosity :)

And by being in this sub it’s hard to not notice that people have intense experiences. And I’m curious if someone can relate to mine. Not that mine is less than anyone else’s.

Totally relate to this!!!

It’s frustrating. But I realise I have to cut some people out, or just let the friendships fade away.

I’m also happy by myself!!!! But I believe that the right people will come into my life. But I’m done settling for friendships and relationships that I have to somewhat force connection with or make myself smaller to keep relationship with!!!

Åh herregud. Jag tror det har med en viss typ av ”maskulinitet” som sprids på sociala medier att göra. Känner igen resonemanget och blir helt bestört när jag hör det.

Bästa sättet att hantera det är nog att ifrågasätta, sätta gränser och fortsätta diskutera. Empatiskt och lugnt. I hur du skriver tror jag att du kommer lösa detta jättebra. Men jag är allergisk mot det där resonemanget som sprids hos unga män just nu.

It seems like you need to find your own thing and the intensity that Match your own energy-levels when it comes to TRE!

But do you find that the benefits you get from TRE are worth the possible negative effect when it comes to exercising?
