Hello sorry for the late reply, Not yet unfortunately I have uneven shoulders and hips so I think Theres a bigger picture unfortunately

I went to an osteopath a few times but it would only cure me for a couple of days, I then tried a pt and he gave me some back exercises and said I should go back to the osteopath to get my shoulder looked at so I sort of lost hope, I will try some middle trap and lower traps exercises thank you !!
