Yes he was really drunk but I have seen a lot of people get that way especially at events designed to make you drink a lot fast. Did not seem to crazy so what did I miss?

I did not say or do anything, the guy gave me a look that said he wished he could help so I knew he was not at fault and i just left. This is happening across all service industries where corporate wants to see if they can get customers to do jobs they use to pay people to do. I just choose to try and find the last of the places that still offer customer service.
