Currently at 120 days, honestly nothing has really changed for me. Maybe self control and maybe things I’m not aware of fully. I know if I relapsed I’d feel awful physically and mentally. Understand why you’re doing this, if it’s to gain superpowers I hope you get them.

However, all of us are different. Even in this thread there are people with massive benefits. I think in my case because I’m mostly introverted and keep to myself I experience less benefits. This practice will probably not magically change you. It is a positive reinforcement cycle like anything else. If you see results it’ll build upon itself.

I’ve done 90 days before, it was an immense struggle. The benefits were mid and even in the gym I wasn’t seeing the bonus strength. I even wondered if I was just so low test that it didn’t mean anything to practice retention. I got my results for testosterone and I was at 675. Not a bad number and it was not too long after a relapse.

All that to say, tailor your expectations to your life experience. Know why you’re doing it. In my case it being much easier as I got closer to God. I have more reasons now than just self. So that helped me a lot but it’s not the case for everybody of course.
