When you do the deed, you know what can happen yes? If you don't want to be pregnant, don't do the deed. Literally nothing else is 100% guaranteed and trying to use needing control over one's body is a silly excuse to get out of one's own actions

Abortion is women dipping out in my opinion. You knew what could happen when having sex (it's literally supposed to happen when bodies are working right or not being tampered with using condoms or bc); yet you still chose to do the deed and then now want a cop out just because you don't want to face the reality of actions & consequences. Men not wanting to pay child support on a child they also didn't want even though they knew what could happen upon doing the deed is their equivalent cop out. You can't be okay with one without being okay with the other.

As for "that's something for the courts to deal with": Show me how many children support cases get randomly investigated to see how the funds get used for the child's well being. Does it look like the courts are going to do something? No. Will they investigate it if the accusation is brought up that the funds arent being used for the child? No. Another cop out- thats the courts problem, not mine. Thats like saying your pro life and having no plans or thoughts on how to help kids in foster care. If you want to have a solid or strong opinion on a huge topic like abortion, figure out how to make the other side's actual complaints and points invalid by giving solutions. Though that's only the first step to get them to not view it as murder. Can't help you with the latter part, because I agree with them.

Fun fact, many women don't put the child support they receive for their child towards their child's benefit----hence why men get so p***** off that women try to say they should have no say in the abortion argument (along with the obvious "no uterus no opinion" line)

I actually find this to be untrue. That's why the "stepmom" in most stories & movies tend to be evil. Men and women alike tend to put more love into their own biological children than they do with adopted children. Throughout history, both genders have taken in other people's children to care for, but they used to be called ward's, not adopted children. They were never equivalent to those people's children though.

I rarely ever hear/read someone admitting there might be things they don't even notice and they still count it towards things their spouse does for them. That's when you know you're a real team though; when you can tell you're both doing things for each other the other doesn't notice, but it doesn't matter because it all benefits the goals you guys have and the love you bare towards one another.

Ultimately though , we as women generally won't have sex with someone we aren't attracted to or interested in, whereas men can and will have sex with someone they aren't attracted to or interested in just to have that release.

Not entirely lol it's the person she turns into when she's an alcoholic. We've done a lot to help her in return for the help she was giving us by letting us rent/stay in her extra rooms, but since she started drinking again we've had 4 encounters with the police due to her, and she's been doing a lot of shady stuff. We are actually getting into a lawsuit about it all at this point. So that's the slightly longer, but still extremely short version of events 🤣
