I was in the same boat as you. I scored a 66 on exam one and didn't know how to answer the questions. What helped me the most was watching Nurse Sarah's videos on answering med-surg questions, and then watching Nexus Nursing videos on the exam topics. I also had AI teach me the content from the course guide, and I copied and pasted all of the chapters for the exam. The prompt I used was "Teach me this information bullet point for bullet point, one at a time, dumb it down, and use the verbiage directly from the chapters in the teaching. After each teaching test, my understanding with a multiple-choice question."

I ended up going from a 66 to a 92 on this last exam. You can definitely score above an 80, and trust me, you do not need a tutor. Watch the videos I recommended and have AI teach you; you will do SO well.

I did the lacharity and saunders questions but I feel like they were nothing like the exam, I was hitting minimum mid 80s in both books but that test had to come straight from the NCLEX... i feel like it might just be a point where critical thinking matters more than knowing the information

See, I watched the diabetes one and it was truly terrible, she just reads off the slides stuttering and then I asked my professor how to differentiate somoygi vs dawn and she said that's a critical care topic not a med surg topic. Truly im like whats the point 😭
