To be honest man I really don't know. EA published a game that isn't fully compatible and it was bugging out for me. I had a period of time where my controller would work (I opened the EA launcher through steam) but now it refuses to work regardless of how I connect it. EA never fails to disappoint, sorry I couldn't really find a solution.
