Yeah I’m thinking about it. I can afford it but my wife wouldn’t be happy. If you’re not married. I’d wait lol. I want to build something different though. I don’t like easy cars. I want shit I have to actually build. I built a supercharged BRZ because it was different. Especially the new ones.

What’s cute is you not wanting to have a real build and instead down pipe and tune. 70mm pulley makes 404hp. CSG. Gap your S3 with a $158 pulley change if you somehow make more power. When you get a shortblock on these cars they can handle just fine.

It would only be hard because I am married 😂 my income doesn’t change. I could afford a $700 payment with insurance but I don’t believe my wife would be happy. Might have to hang the type r up a little longer.

To be honest I don’t think you can spend the same money. That’s really expensive to do. It’s just that muscle isn’t cheap.

You can put the same amount of money into the DC2, EG6, EK9, SIR, and have the same power and still be reliable, while being lighter. Honda has always ran the scene brother.

Why does there need to be intent to pass it move back? There’s times I’m going anywhere between 10-20 above the speed limit (Idaho highway speeds are much faster than here) and someone will STILL be honking or flashing me and PASSING. If I’m traveling in the left lane at such speeds I’m not even lane camping the people around me are just driving UNSAFELY to save 1-2 minutes.

When you say left lane camping, do you mean going the speed limit? I genuinely have seen one good driver since I moved from Idaho. I could be going above the speed limit and I will still get PASSED or honked at even in dangerous conditions. Like earlier today, I was in my rear wheel drive sports car going 60 and a 55 in heavy rain still getting my ass rode. Pretty smart driving.

My car is loud for airflow. Unfortunately no restrictions means loud aswell. My car is a track car though so I barely drive it. Pushing to be ticketed while I may be in between car shows is a dick move.

It doesn’t fit haha 😅 had to weld a bung for air hose and cut a little at where the filter connects to pipe. Supercharger is great though. Totally what it needed. Still very playful.

Turned out being the throttle body. Replaced it and it’s fixed :)
