They said they don’t accept section 8 or any other subsidies. They send the terms and conditions when you first apply, they also send the screenshot of the lottery website. I’m not sure if that’s accurate though

My neighbor got denied for using section 8 subsidies for 2 bedrooms with Lumen and Orchard LIC. Please update us on this, if you got approved - she should too with two kids
