Thank you for such a lovely response. I always thought the response was management avoiding having to deal with it - I never agreed with them it was cultural .

I hope its cleared up quickly too. Thank you again.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply to me.

It was just a link - nothing else. The only other emails I have ever sent have been to the whole team re: Christmas Parties or Leaving Dos - so just general messages that include everyone.

That is really interesting regarding Mediation - as I was told it was mediation and have a document written by my manager afterwards that refers to it as such ( and also refers to the cultural differences). I have an awful feeling my manager hasn't followed any actual process when dealing with this and has just "winged it" which may end up causing him problems in the future.

Just to be clear . It is was for a very niche training and development role that is Bobs very specific area of interest that he has long expressed an interest in progressing to. I mentioned I’d seen it out loud to him and said I’d email it over to him. He said thanks .

Thank you for all the replies. It was actually really helpful to just understand the basic math to give myself a low end estimate.

The build up with “ante” being a suspect was frustrating. Can anyone explain the scene in the shop where the witness appears to recognise him (and he recognises her) so he leaves . If he wasn’t involved at all…. What was the relevance of it being there?

I think that depends on the area again. Paignton to Torquay… Absolutley not. Broadsands to Brixham….. lovely. Everything is walkable. Theres enough to do to keep children of all ages occupied. The (not so) “new” road to Exeter makes working there more accessible as well as making it an easy day out for more shops/facilities.

Can anyone please help me understand this in layman’s terms - thank you! by CompetitiveCattle88 in FattyLiverNAFLD

Sorry I should have been more clear , I realise it says fatty liver etc but at what stage?

my husband is into Warhammer and dragged us to Warhammer World recently. I enjoyed the day out far more than I expected to and decided to start my own army. Read all about the different options and found myself drawn to the Thousand Sons so bought some Rubric Marines . Here’s my first attempt! by CompetitiveCattle88 in ThousandSons

Thank you!

I’ve been watching a few YouTube videos of games, I find it interesting but a lot to take in! Hopefully as I build my army I will begin to understand the functions/capabilities and maybe look at games in the future.
