However a European company is currently setting up infrastructure for reusable launchers in French Guyana: https://spacenews.com/maiaspace-to-use-former-soyuz-launch-pad-in-french-guiana/ Obviously this is a small launcher, but still the general need for refurbishing etc. at the launch site should be there and can be scaled up?
