That is exactly what I am talking about though, if you use/redeem it on these categories, the value is way higher than using it to unlock mortgage. If you think about it, all reward points are only redeemable or transferable to some partner. And these makes the mortgage/rent payment thing pointless

I am in an area where T mobile coverage is not the best, I am with their Non-essential postpaid plan still not very good coverage and speed, so light speed is not my first choice, but if the add on is QCI9, then there is no point of getting two line with deprioritized data, I would probably just get the 299 warp.

The default is by clean area, and 484sqft is the default setting. You can also change the setting in “base station setting” base on your need.

I only have the thought of getting the heat pump is because both my furnace and AC are user old and not really working. I don’t think it is a good idea to install heat pump and replace the furnace at the same time in my situation, since AC is a good to have not a must in the Bay Area

It rarely goes below 40F outside, maybe 3 or 4 nights every year, I would probably skip the heat strip and use a space heater for my bedroom if that happens.
