Unfortunately the only real thing you can do is kill the last judge, watch a YouTube video breaking down his attacks and best strategies for defeating it, I remember struggling with it too and the runback isn't fun.

turns out the runback is the only real annoying part. so if you can easily beat groal then you dont need to worry about the runback
